"The three grand essentials of happiness are: Something to do, someone to love, and something to hope for." -Alexander Chalmers, Scottish Writer
Last week we went into the details of a Bucket List, why you should have one, what your list could include and over 130 items you can use for inspiration to get your own list started. Having dreams gives us cause and excitement for the future. Research indicates that the clarity of written goals makes them much more likely to happen.
This week, I’m making it easy for you. Putting the list on a tray and hand delivering it, pretty as you please. Here is the entire 130+ item Bucket List in a google doc. Just copy and update for yourself. This doc is so smart, it even crosses out items when you check the boxes! Can you hate it? No, you really can’t.
Copy the list now and spend a little time updating so its your list. Your items should make you smile just thinking about them. Once again, don’t constrain yourself, these are the things you would want to do if there was nothing to stop you. See yourself on that figurative mountain.
What are some of your top items? Even though I’ve done it before, I’m hoping to look down into an active volcano this month. Oh, the sweet smell of sulphur!
